My Reiki classes for levels 1 and 2 are taught over four weeks, with one mandatory 1 to 1.5-hour, in-person class each week.
I intentionally chose this format because I believe Reiki is something you learn through both education and experience. Rather than receiving all of the information and techniques in a single day or weekend, you’ll have time between classes to practice what you’ve learned, work with the energy, ask questions, and build confidence before moving on to the next step.
Each week, students will also complete practicum work designed to reinforce that week’s teachings and give you real experience working with Reiki outside of the classroom.
This slower, intentional approach gives the teachings time to settle in. You aren’t simply learning about Reiki; you’re learning how to feel it, trust it, work with it, and make it your own.
By the end of the four weeks, my goal is for you to leave not only certified, but comfortable and confident in the Reiki you’ve learned.
Level 3 Master/Teacher is a 6 month program. With one mandatory one-hour, in-person class each week. You will have monthly practicums to complete.
